I had a very disappointing experience with this dentist, Dr Yap. She was rude and dismissive, constantly pushing me to seek a second opinion instead of addressing my concerns. She wouldn’t even let me finish my questions before cutting me off. It felt like she was rushing to get rid of me rather than providing proper care. Additionally, her equipment seemed outdated, which might explain why she was unwilling to proceed. If you’re looking for a dentist who listens and provides quality treatment, I would not recommend this place.

前台服务员态度太差了

Dr Yap is my favourite dentist since secondary school! She may not be as friendly as some others commented given but I can be assured that she is a good dentist. She will not gives unnecessary recommendations and to do something unnecessary to your teeth. She is quick and fast when dealing with her work. But be prepared on long wait during the visit.
