Honest review from a former patient who completed 4 years of braces treatment at this clinic. While I appreciate the time and effort put into my treatment, I unfortunately cannot recommend this clinic for braces. Throughout the treatment, I found the approach to be rather rough and explanations regarding my dental progress were often minimal. Some aspects of the treatment felt rushed or careless for example, rubber bands were occasionally not installed properly, and bands or brackets would come off just days after being installed. Additionally, I felt disappointed by how my concerns were addressed during monthly check-ups. Some of my questions were dismissed without proper explanation, which left me feeling unheard as a patient. Unfortunately, the final results of the braces did not meet my expectations. For those considering braces, I would recommend seeking treatment from a specialised orthodontic clinic for better care and communication. Thank you.
Ive told the doctor my concern abt my aching toothache and she explains the symptoms well and detailed. The price charged for my appointment is very affordable. Would recommend my peers to come here for their teeth checkups! The doctor and staffs are very friendly toooo. Thank you dr and staffs !
My favorite dentist.. super friendly doctor and all the staff are nice too.. my family has been coming here for the last 15 years... the clinic is clean and provides spacious waiting area .
