Dr Lim is the best!
We had an absolutely wonderful experience with Neo Smile Dental Clinic in Sri Petaling. They are very responsive in Whatsapp, appointment done seamlessly (although we requested at the last minute!), super efficient and kind staff nurses and Dr Ng was such a darling and took my son in even though we arrived 30mins earlier than the appointment schedule. Checks & procedure completed within 10 minutes! Back story: My son had to extract his aching wobbly baby tooth urgently before his swimming competition at Bukit Jalil. All that only costs RM 60.

After nearly 32 years and revisiting a dentist you could imagine the phobia and anxiety...... Upon arriving the doctor was so cool and relax and guided into examining my situation. Prior to visiting Neo Smile i was having a bad toothache that lead to the emergency room. But the next day I went to Neo Smile for my treatment the doctor listen to what happened. She then diagnosed and check my tooth and proceeded to x Ray. Wow the amount of work needed in the future...... But when it came to the extraction of the wisdom tooth, doctor was very calm and guided as what she was doing step by step and that gave me assurance and calmness. Procedure when smoothly. Thinking problem solved, but the night the original pain came from another tooth, so without hesitation we WhatsApp Neo Smile and with assistance we're able to make an appointment for the same evening. I removed the trouble tooth and with great ease the pain when away. Great job to the doctor and her team......Overall experienced is great as not many doctors out there tells you step by step, there is human touch at Neo Smiles, yes I would make them my regular dentist visit from now on.
