Fixed my teeth :D
I took my sister here for her 1/2 yearly check up. Doctor Ng has been our family dentist for many years. He is very professional n thorough. He checked n cleaned my sister's teeth. For her there's no new cavity for any fillings to be done. There's no decay too. So her scaling only cost her RM 150 only. Many years ago it only cost RM90-RM 95. Then as years go by , it slowly increased to RM 100- RM 150. Is this due to inflation in Malaysia?
This morning I went to this clinic in uptown for my half yearly dental check up with Doctor Ng , my family dentist for more than 10 years. He’s patient n when he extracts your tooth, he can do so without much pain. He will also show you the extracted tooth n jokingly ask you whether you want to keep . He checked n cleaned my teeth . After that he X- rayed my molar n discovered that I needed to fill up 4 molars for me. He showed me the X- ray. Then he started doing the needful for me. He then advised me not to eat for an hour. Then only eat something soft n not to bite or chew any hard foodstuff. This will protect the fillings better n longer. So I came back n ate taufufah which I bought from the shop on my way home. Luckily my 4 molars could be saved in time cos I never like using dentures.
An honest dentist, no nonsense, no up selling. Tells u your options, pros and cons and the associated costs. No frills clinic, If u r looking for a fancy clinic w hot coffee and tea w a doctor who smooth talks to u, u will not get it here. He is honest, doesn't sugar coat his explanations but always give u the best option and value.
