Put my expectation low but surprisingly I had a pleasant experience with the service here. Warm service from the front counter. Waiting time a bit long, but understandable still. Dr Ling, if I'm not mistaken, she explained very well about my tooth conditions. She's very soft and polite. Never expect that I'll received this kind of treatment here. Thank you Dr Ling. Overall, good service from KKM staff.

Always crowded in the morning. Registration took half an hour and another half hour to see the dentist. The doctors, however were very helpful & friendly. Did scaling in less than 10 min. Cash, e-wallet / DuitNow not accepted. Only credit/debit cards, which is very inconvenient for senior citizens who don't have these.

Advisible using mysejahtera for booking. I reach by 9am, 30mims before appointment, done by 9.45. It is located level 2. RM 3 for dental check n scaling. No cash payment, using debit/credit card However, the whole building will be closed for renovation, Jul to sep 2023
