Last week I had a toothache at my left lower molar which had root canal done before. I went to Parkcity Dental with appointment and was seen by Dr Yau. She did an x ray and confirmed infection and prescribed a course of antibiotics and it helped to remove the toothache. After a week, pus appeared on my gum . I went back to see Dr Yau, she immediately did a minor operation to get the pus out with anaesthetic. It was quick and comfortable. She advised me to do further root canal treatment by a specialist. I would said the clinic is efficient, comfortable, friendly and professionally operated . Price is reasonable.

Price is reasonable, dr Yau PK is experienced, professional and explains things very clearly. My 2 plus yo daughter was also very happy with her visit. Overall very satisfied customer, will be back.

My son did his braces there. I am very satisfied with the professional services provided by the doctors and assistants there.

Context: I had my wisdom tooth left side removed partially 9 years ago due to some complication. In recent 2 weeks, the final piece start to show up and is ready for removal Current situation: Decided to look for a dental clinic w Xray and found Parkcity in BSD. Took Xray weeks ago and found out the issue. Was attended by Christine, highly professional advise from her on my situation and recommended Dr Yau to handle my case. Was told earlier that it would be a surgery since wisdom tooth is stuck quite back near to jawbone. Arrived today, sat in, put in anesthetic, had a short briefing from Dr Yau, answered all my question that causing me panic, and she manage to remove it without surgery and not a single pain at all. Removed the final piece of wisdom tooth all in all less than 10 minutes. Gave a lot of instruction on how to handle it from here onwards. Very professional place, loved it entirely. Shoutout to Dr Yau and Christine.

Not a good experience for me. Did my root canal and it was so expensive and after few years it came off. Really disappointed with it.

Pretty good experience overall. Quick and efficient, price was reasonable too. Will go back again
