Incompetent staff. Made appointment already came down all the way from sg tell me my appointment not made. Wasted my time. Dentist good also no point if the staff cannot make it and cannot do simple things right.

I’ve been with Dr. Jolene at Pink & White Dental since 2023, and I honestly can’t recommend her enough. I started my Invisalign journey with her, had both of my upper wisdom teeth extracted, and just completed a lower wisdom tooth surgery today—which took about 3 hours. Throughout the entire procedure, Dr. Jolene was incredibly kind, patient, and attentive. She constantly checked in to make sure I was okay, which really helped ease my nerves. Her professionalism and gentle approach have made every visit comfortable and reassuring. I’ve been recommending this clinic to my friends and colleagues whenever they’re looking for dental treatment in JB, and I’ll continue to do so. Thank you, Dr. Jolene and team, for always taking such good care of me!

My favorite part was that Dentist Jolene brought me colored clay to help with the process of my 2x temporary crowns. My creation (forgot to photograph) was going to be added to the Gallery of Anxiety. Which was brilliant!! Otherwise everything went smoothly and she was very professional, took best care of me through this process. Also, they have toys for very young kids in the waiting room which was so thoughtful!

Had scaling, polishing and fluoride treatment done. Dr Shana was thorough with the cleaning and will let you know what step she’s performing. She’s also knowledgeable when sharing dental advice and super patient with questions. Will recommend this dental clinic!

I have been to this clinic for a few years now and their professionalism and patient care never disappoints. My most recent visit was to do some fillings with Dr Shana - she was thorough in explaining the procedure and was gentle when doing the fillings. I am very grateful. Also, their staff, Awin & Ayull are always friendly and helpful. Have been recommending Pink&White Dental to family and friends. Keep up the good work! :)
