Very disappointing experience with Dr Manesa. I was told my wisdom tooth extraction would be straightforward and did not require an X-ray, but after 2.5 hours the procedure failed and part of the root was left inside. I was in significant pain throughout, and the dentist did not stop or reassess. The attitude was also unprofessional, and I was even asked “what do you want now?” instead of being properly advised. A filling done during the same visit was also not properly aligned and had to be corrected at a government clinic. I experienced prolonged bleeding and had to seek immediate treatment elsewhere, where I was prescribed antibiotics and additional medication. I also sent a formal complaint to the clinic but received no response. It has been almost two weeks and I am still on antibiotics and painkillers and waiting to undergo surgery once the swelling and inflammation subside. Overall, a very stressful experience. Please consider getting proper assessment and a second opinion before proceeding here.

If you want to do scaling, find Dr Eugene, he made sure it was pain free and comfortable, very satisfied.

I am the mother of a 6-year-old child, and we visited Primecare PJ for an emergency appointment with Dr Elaine after my child had an accident that fractured his front tooth. He was in pain, crying loudly, and extremely scared. As a mother, it was very distressing to see him in that state. My child was very resistant to treatment at first due to fear. However, Dr Elaine and the staff nurse were incredibly patient and calm. They took the time to comfort him, played a kid-friendly cartoon to distract him, and helped him relax. Within moments, the tooth was removed quickly and smoothly. To my surprise, my child immediately stopped crying and said there was no pain at all. What I appreciated most was Dr Elaine’s care even after the treatment. She explained the aftercare clearly and asked us to come back for a review with an X-ray. Thanks to her gentle and caring approach, my child is no longer afraid of dental appointments and now only wants to see Dr Elaine. I am writing this review to sincerely thank Dr Elaine, who is now based at the Kepong branch and has replaced the previous doctor in the PJ branch. We are truly grateful for her professionalism, kindness, and excellent care.

didn't know wisdom tooth can be so fast and no pain, Had my wisdom tooth removal here with Dr Elaine. Professional, Fast, smooth surgery without any pain. treatment room has tv and music keep me calm throughout the procedures.. my upper wisdom extraction around 5 mins for whole procedure.

I’m Japanese and living in Malaysia for work, clinic is very clean, Dr. has ben replaced with new professioanl Dr. The not good Dr who was there before seems to be not longer working there now. I visited clinic yesterday for my wisdom tooth removal under Dr Elaine, professional withgood explanation and after care treatment. Smooth surgery procedure with minimal pain, took around 30 minutes for the whole procedure. and price is reasonable included xray and free consultation, sure recommended
