Extremely grateful to Dr Suresh ! He had helped me with “Bite raise” ( to ensure my teeth are properly aligned/ levelled) instead of crown & bridges treatment that are more complicated and costly. Before the treatment, my uneven teeth ( causing mis-alignment) had resulted (from) teeth grinding at night, causing a lot of jaw (muscle) pain. Dr Suresh recommended bite raise, though, I was not sure (never heard) of it, Dr suresh made a very logical explanation. I decided to go for it Dr Suresh was very gentle and conscious of my wellbeing, rested a few time to ensure I was not too tensed / tired. After the “Bite raise”, I felt my face is more balanced, and I sleep better at night. It has been a long while, since , I am feeling great from a good night sleep. I am so appreciative of what Dr Suresh has done. I wish more people will know about this “Bite raise”… it is effective from all aspects. Today I had the pleasure to meet Dr Surya. He did the oral 3 d scan and was very professional. I am impressed by how professional this tech is. They can even get you to scan the qr code so you get a copy of your scan on the spot. In the past I have been treated by Dr Suresh and he is a very professional dentist. Today I am equally impressed by Dr Surya. Together they make a great team in this centre. Keep up the great work.

Dr Suresh has been taking care of our family for over a decade now. He's just amazing which is why even though we have migrated to Australia, we still make it a point to visit him every time we head to Malaysia. He always recommends a course of action that takes into consideration the financial side of things, whether it's convenient for us, whether it is absolutely necessary and whether the solution makes sense for us over the longer term. He weighs it all out for us. Very transparent. No pressure ever and no unnecessary upselling. He even offered to speak to our Australia dentist if we preferred to have it done in our new home. And the best part, he really cares about his patients. My mother had dentures made by Dr Suresh and she had leave for Singapore to live with my brother. She didn't manage to make her final appointment with Dr Suresh to do final tweaks for her dentures. Concerned, Dr Suresh contacted his dentist friend in Singapore to ask him to take good care of my mum and help her. He really went out of his way. And my husband had an implant before we moved to Australia and when we visited next, Dr Suresh wasn't too pleased with how it was healing and he gave my husband additional treatments to make sure the implant was completed perfectly and comfortably for my husband. And what I really like is also the fact that he invests what he makes back into his business. You can see that he takes a lot of pride in what he does because his practice always adopts the latest technology. During our visit last month, he was using a teeth scanner which I have only seen in one of the dental clinics I brought my son to here in Australia and I remember asking the dentist about it and being told it was a very expensive high-end piece of technology/equipment. It's a long review but having been his patients for over a decade, we can't help but have so many wonderful experiences to share. We trust him completely and we are grateful that he continues to be our family dentist (myself, my husband, our son and my mother). PS: His frontdesk is super efficient, helpful and friendly too! And regardless of the clinic's success, they remain humble and always eager to help.
