Very good customer service. I would like to thank the front desk staff at the Q&M Semenyih branch (unfortunately, I did not manage to get her name). When my crown became dislodged, the doctor at the Semenyih branch was unavailable. Understanding the urgency of the situation, she immediately contacted the Bandar Mahkota Cheras branch and arranged for me to see Dr Jaspreet Kaur on the same day. She also followed up with me afterwards to ensure everything went well after the crown was re-cemented. Her professionalism, efficiency, and genuine care made a stressful situation much easier to manage. Thank you for going the extra mile.
