This is my second time doing a denture here. The first time which is 2 years ago, everything was smooth — the doctor checked whether the denture was suitable, and the service felt proper and professional. So I chose to return. However, this time, the service quality has dropped significantly. I am extremely disappointed and upset with the entire experience. First of all, when I first met Dr. Foo, he told me to “save money for an implant.” The way he said it was uncomfortable and inappropriate. It’s not about the money – it is about professionalism and communication. I did not feel respected as a customer. Secondly, when I came to collect my denture, there was no doctor to check whether it fits or whether I can wear it comfortably. This is unacceptable. I paid RM800 for the denture — the price is even higher than the first time I did it here, yet the service became worse. Even if the denture is suitable, a doctor MUST check it as part of the service that I paid for. The receptionist’s attitude made it even more disappointing. She was not friendly at all, not welcoming, not professional, no smile — and simply told me, “Go home and wear it. If uncomfortable then come back.” This is not a proper service. Every receptionist here should be properly trained. I am very disappointed. With this kind of service, I will not recommend your clinic nor return again as a customer.
