Rather disappointing appointment booking experience. Arrived 15 mins early for a set appointment at 430pm. Waited 45 mins before checking with the nurses just to find out that a prior appointment would take up an additional 20-30 mins. Expectations could have been handled better if the nurses had communicated this earlier.

Excellent treatment by Dr. Lam, calm, concise and professional treatment. Highly recommend!

I came for implant procedure here with Dr Lau and was really worried about the pain. Dr Lau assured me and after the treatment it doesn't hurt at all which has surprised me. I was able to eat and drink without any issues. She is really attentive and the staff here are all very caring. They have called me to check on me and have also been very friendly. Good job to all of you. I will definitely recommend sentosa dental.
