Doctor sangat friendly, berhati hati bila nak tampal gigi sebab tengah pregnant 3rd trimester. Sedang elok tampal gigi. Booking by Mysejahtera hampir 2bulan baru dapat buat rawatan. Thank you doctor .
tolong lah kesian dekat orng yg tak boleh nak guna mysejahtera,dihalau mentah2.. semalam dtng jam 10 dia suruh dtang jam 7pagi esok untk khas walkin..aq menunggu dri jam 6,30 dengan anak kecik lagi,bertur tunggu turn last2 halau mentah2.pastu cakap smlm pekerja lain harini pkerja lain..tak lojik lansung tak amik orng walkin .kesian lah orng dh dtng tuggu lama2

Been here for my Braces since 2018. Just to align the upper and lower teeth, 3 months one appointment, the doctor not always there, the trainee will handle your braces, not really professional, nurses keep borak when handling ur tooth, and then the metal wire couldn't tie properly, they would just say normal and just let the wire poking u. U won't believe I already there for 8 years until today my braces progression is just 30%, and this progression is told by the doctor until I transferred to Klinik Pergigian Ulu Tiram Johor! Completely different experience at Kkp Ulu Tiram, the metal wire good, never hurt, and fast decision, they know what they are doing for ur braces. (at Kkp seri Kembangan they always seems like dunno what to do, asking and waiting the doctor here and there, chit chatting wasting time ) I am so disappointed and yet my braces is for my open bite class 3 surgery later after my teeth align. Wasted my 8 years there, if there is a way, I would report a proper complain there, yet coz it's government, dunno what kind of standard they can graduate to handle patients' braces!
Datang sebelum jam 8..letak kad..appointment jam 8..tapi sebab ada yg lagi awal terus cakap kami lambat Jam 11 pun belum panggil nama..saya tau government but you still be paid..not free
