The mysejahtera apps is lousy. I try appointment thru app, it show no appointments slot available for the whole month of August and September. I call the number, they said have to keep trying every morning when admin update the apps. What nonsense is it??

Appointment pukul 10.00 pagi, dan dipanggil masuk bilik doktor sekitar 10.30 pagi, kira agak cepat juga untuk klinik pergigian kerajaan. Terima kasih kepada doktor dan jururawat yang bertugas. Penerangan yang diberikan sangat jelas, mudah difahami dan layanan pun baik. Pendaftaran cuma RM1 dan tambahan RM2 untuk prosedur scaling. Memang sangat berpatutan dengan perkhidmatan yang diterima. My second pregnancy has been very different from my first. This time, my teeth have become very fragile n I am unable to drink milk. Ive also been dealing with severe acid reflux n frequent vomiting, which unfortunately damaged my teeth, caused cavities. I visited this clinic feeling quite anxious, but the asst n doctor handled my case calmly n professionally. The extraction was done quickly, although the consultation was brief, possibly because I already had a report from another clinic, I still felt well cared for. I booked my appointment through MySejahtera about month ago, late but still manageble. What truly stood out to me was the kindness of the staff. At that time, my work contract had ended, n I did not have access to a debit card, only cash. Since payment had to be made by card n she kindly used her own card and trusted me to repay her in cash. That gesture meant a lot to me. Later that same day, I experienced some issues, n I was very touched that both the nurse and doctor waited for me to return n checked on my condition again, as my tooth was still bleeding. Their patience n care made me feel safe n supported as pregnant mom 😭 Thanks alot for your kindness n dedication. I truly appreciate the compassionate service here. Not all government clinics provide this kind level of care. Even a next their KKIA feels slower n less organised, n sometimes I dont feel supported 😅
Alhamdulillah baru pergi dekat klinik pergigian Taman Nirwana utk cabut gigi geraham atas hujung sekali tu Rm 2 je.. caj Perkhidmatan yang terbaik dari Doktor dan Staff ..Layanan yg tip top ..moga dimurahkan rezeki dan diberikan kesihatan yang baik Kpd mereka semua..Amin..
Don't have any notice prior for renovation and seems like this clinic always have renovation going on after renovation.. but nothing really change much. still looking same.. sighh... improve service more
