Arrive there at 10am, to fix my brace matter but no professional dentist standby. Not really recommended.
Went at 4pm, receptionist said dentist went home (even though they close at 6pm) because no appointments made. Next day, I tried calling at 1pm many times, but no answer. I work just upstairs, so I walked over to see the dentist/make an appointment but they apparently close until 2pm for lunch. Receptionist was there eating her lunch nicely at her desk, but refused to open the door for me to even make an appointment for later. I had to speak to her through the locked glass door. ????? Then I said I want to make an appointment for 4pm later the same day. She said cannot cause dentist will go home by that time. But their operating hours are until 6pm. ????? So even if I tried to make an appointment prior to my visit, it wouldn’t matter because they go home early before 4pm even though their hours state until 6pm???????
Very professional and patience, done my braces with them!! Dr. Tan personally planned for my braces plan because i can only stay in malaysia for 6 months before my study at overseas, Dr. Tan’s professionalism allows me to have my braces off before going for my overseas study! Love the service here! 😍😍😍
