Awesome service! I was served patiently at the counter and during dental check-up. I thought we can only do check-up appointment through my sejahtera and wanted to ask for reschedule(they cannot done it for you,need to according to my sejahtera)but it turns out the appointment is for check-up AND directly filling or scaling. If you wanted to have a basic check-up or urgent tooth extraction they can just do it for you immediately. A very good service compared to UTC last time, since I need to wait around 30 minutes for the nurse that taking care of the counter to come out JUST to explain to me about their latest system (my sejahtera) I can't even get a BASIC check-up. The worse part is while waiting I can hear clearly that the nurses are laughing and chitchatting inside even though her colleagues had told her the arrival of the patient!

no wheelchair access & limited parking space. *edits* only got ramp going in (for wheelchair) at one entrance.

Some of the nurses are very rude.

Waiting time : minimal Meet up : walk in acceptable, appointment recommended Hospitality : very good starts from security up to dentist - friendly, very informative, humble professionalism : knowledgeable, very effecient, alert, teamwork Recommendation : highly recommended. And you need to pay rm2 only 💝
