This was my first visit at this clinic.Went for scalling and polishing treatment.Overall from entrance until finishing was amazing.From registration staff was welcomed and handled by Dr Aishah explained in details before and after treatment .This was pleasant visit and will come again for next treatment soon.

Great service and clean clinic. Came for tooth filling and tooth cleaning. All went well and there's no complications. The staff is very nice and outgoing person ❤️
i saw a post on threads about nearby scaling services, so decided to give it a try! the room was spacious and comfortably air conditioned, and the scaling was very gentle and i only felt mild pain/stinging throughout, which is to be expected. the dentist attending to me asked if i wanted to play any music and i asked for some riverstream sounds. the blackout goggles they gave me to use had built in speakers i was surprised :00 going to such lengths to make the patient relax is great customer service on their behalf. i would come here again!
I had such a great experience at this dental clinic. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and professional from the moment I walked in. The dentist was gentle and skilled the whole treatment process was so smooth and comfortable and I were anxious at first🥹. that I barely felt nervous at all. recommended dental for everyone❤️🥰
I’m one of the customers at Tasek Dental Clinic. I was previously under Dr. Wani’s care, and I honestly felt much more comfortable and confident with her treatment compared to the new doctor. Unfortunately, my experience with the new doctor has been disappointing. There were several small mistakes during my treatment, and I felt that my concerns were not properly acknowledged. The work also did not feel properly done, which made me lose confidence and feel uncomfortable. What upset me the most was the lack of explanation about my treatment progress, which left me feeling confused and clueless during the session. I hope the clinic can improve communication and patient care, as these are very important for patients to feel comfortable and reassured during treatment. I also sincerely hope Dr. Wani will return, as I truly appreciated her professionalism and the way she made patients feel at ease.
