Support staff is "brilliant". On the day collecting tooth retainer, she said no stock for orthodox (to store the retainer). She gave us a paper box as a substitute. Has she considered that this is not hygienic? Shouldn't the cliniq get ready the orthbox knowing that patient has made apointment that day? Really disappointing
