Tortured by my wisdom tooth for 3 days and called for few clinics they quoted me crazy high price for my extraction Then the nurse and doctor here were very decent and honest.They will tell you every possible outcome and pricing,and also check for your situation whether you suitable to extract that anot. My extraction only took less than 5 mins 🤪thank you Dr Gan and the nurses!

Saw very good Google reviews, so I finally decided to visit the Kinrara branch today. I arrived as a walk-in customer around 11 AM and informed the two receptionists that I needed scaling and polishing services. Two minutes later, two elderly individuals walked in and requested tooth extraction and polishing services. Up to this point, the receptionists hadn’t informed me whether the doctor was available for walk-ins. Instead, they proceeded to register the two elderly customers ahead of me, even though I had been waiting at the counter. (Oh, please note that the other 2 customers are walk in too) After standing there for a good five minutes, they finally told me to come back tomorrow. Unfortunately, this experience left me quite disappointed. This is my first time leaving a negative review, but I feel compelled to share it because I will not be returning to this clinic. I was raised to be kind and to respect the elderly, and I fully understand the importance of prioritizing them. However, as a paying customer, I expected to be treated with respect and consideration as well. Sadly, that wasn’t the case today.

Dr Chin You Xiu and Ms Vishnupriya are friendly and professional. I am satisfied with the laser dentistry treatment and there is additional nutrition treatment which help me a lot. Sometimes I will seek their nutrient opinion Ms Rachel, appreciate your kindness effort 😌
