Very good doctor
Came in for a filling and am very happy with the results. Dr William was very thorough in making sure the filling was properly sanded down to fit my bite. Also appreciated Dr William explaining the steps along the way and showing progress photos as the procedure progressed. Everyone at the clinic, from the doctor to the nurses and support staff were very professional and friendly.
We would like to extend our hearfelt gratitude to Dr William & Team for the outstanding service and care rendered. My Mom is most satisfied and happy with her new dentures and all the dental procedures carried out at the clinic.
Highly recommend William Dental USJ! I’ve had a really good experience here, especially with Dr. William, who has a very gentle approach and great bedside manner. Dental visits usually make me quite tense, but he explains everything clearly and makes the whole process comfortable. It helps that he has a very gentle touch too. A big thank you as well to Nurse Molley, who has been super accommodating and responsive from the start. She helped me plan my visits, kept track of my scaling schedule, and always replies quickly with such a friendly tone. Really appreciate the effort. The service feels personal, organised and genuinely caring. I’ll be sticking with this clinic from now on. Highly recommended if you want a team that’s professional, patient and easy to deal with.
