came here cause of a recommendation but do not come unless you have a lot of time to waste, always dragging the appointment time and always have above 1 hour waiting time even when i arrived early or on time. dental fees are expensive as well. spent at least 12k RM here. When i confronted the doctor all they would do is say sorry???? without fixing their scheduling system. i made the appointment at the specific timing for a reason and it was confirmed, not sure why scheduling so many appointments back to back. dr teh is also very rude and dismissed most of the questions when i raised problems affecting my treatment. i had a question after my treatment but she told me she couldn’t answer it cause it was “dinner time”. erm okay???? lmao 1 question affects your dinner time oops. well couldn’t take her attitude anymore and switched to dr yap.

Have been here more than 4 years. A place for my regular check up. My dentist is Dr tan qi feng. He is very patient. He will explain to me my condition and what treatment need to do and why is required. With him as my dentist, I will have 100% confident that I will not be overcharged or do treatment that might not required. I will be in good hands under him.

Visited Yap clinic and was assigned to Dr Chua. She was very patient and gentle. The whole session was painless and very comfortable. She was also very knowledgeable which made me at ease throughout the whole session. Really recommend her if you or your kids want to visit a dentist. 👍

Came to Yap dental because of Dr Chua recently moved here. As always, she is very meticulous and gentle in scaling and checking for cavity as I have sensitivity in my tooth. She also explained to me in detailed about which part of my teeth that I need to improve my brushing. Environment is good as well. Nurses are friendly too. Payment was smooth and fast.

去了很多年，自从看了Liew YS后，不会再去了，医生不专业，和她说话都不知道有听到没有的，没有表情也不大解释，客服处理的方式也让人不舒服，直接反感，其实牙科现在越开越多，专业的医生也很多，没有必要看个牙齿还要受罪，已经black list这家，也不会介绍人去了。

Dr Teh is patient and professional. Explained to me and my wife our dental issues and options carefully. Would return to her for more dental care services in the future.
