Excellent service by Dr Wong. Very genuine and sincere in explaining about the treatment plan. Painless local anesthesia injection and most gentle dentist encountered ....went back again for my kids 10 yrs and 8 yrs old for cleaning and check up.. really appreciated her great services and taking time to run through the kids how to have good oral care..

I’ve converted my whole family to Beam. Dr Wong is the epitome of a patient’s doctor. She takes her time in explaining the procedure to you and offers you different treatment plans that best suit your smile goals. In her calm demeanour, even my grandmother who hates going to the dentist is assured she’s in good hands when she walks through Beam’s doors. The service of theirs is great too, from managing appointments (I don’t have to wait hours to see the doctor) to after appointment follow ups (after the appointment for feedback and their bi-yearly reminder, which I love)

Thank you Dr Wong and team for the amazing service. She was so thorough and went through steps with me the procedures needed and ways to improve dental hygiene. Unlike many others which are rough, she was gentle and team even went the extra mile to moisuturize my lips when they became dry. 10/10 would return.

Had my first visit to Dr. Jeanette today at Beam Dental, and it was exceptional! Dr. Jeanette is incredibly meticulous, patient, and careful in her work. She provided detailed explanations at every step, ensuring I understood the entire process. She clearly explained the issues with my teeth and offered alternatives, giving me various options. The environment is comfortable and clean, making the whole experience a positive one. Highly recommended!

best experience i've had with a dentist in penang :) honestly. skills wise and also customer service wise. i like the gentle way the dr performed the scaling and polishing. i've experienced other dentists that are just too aggressive which caused uncomfortable pain afterwards. I had no pain from yesterday's session :) also like how the dr was willing to educate/explain.
