Done my retainer few months ago... Received my retainer two times from them which is loose and sent my retainer for adjustment to lab.. Coming out loose again and waiting for Dr for molding again taking few weeks as their Drs on training, finding locum currently... When asked for refund, the staff said need to discuss with Dr and currently Dr not around... Don't have any management to deal it!!! What kind of clinic is this!!! Clinics without Drs and management!! Not safe at all!!!better close!!! I'm still waiting for refund as I dowan to proceed with any other treatment over there!

Dr Vina is so good, highly recommended for braces treatment! She is awesome.. and thank you so much
