I would like to share my experience honestly. The doctor was extremely professional, respectful, and handled the consultation very well. I truly appreciate the doctor’s attitude and quality of care. However, the experience with one of the clinical counter staff was very disappointing. The staff member was rude during registration and appointment handling, spoke harshly to patients, and displayed very unprofessional behaviour. It created an uncomfortable environment for patients visiting the clinic. I also felt that the way some patients were treated appeared biased and disrespectful, which is something clinic management should take seriously. Frontline staff represent the clinic’s image, and professionalism, patience, and respectful communication are very important in healthcare settings.I hope the management will look into this matter seriously, provide proper customer service training, and improve the patient experience because the doctor’s professionalism deserves better support from the clinic staff.
