I had a fantastic experience at this clinic! The staff is wonderful, highly professional, and the service is excellent.
Had a good experience with this clinic. The staff are courteous and Dr Ong is meticulous with his dental work! I had a stain in one of my teeth which none of the dentists I visited previously bothered to remove and I thought it was something permanent. But Dr Ong managed to remove it and this shows how well he takes care of his patients’ dental health. I strongly recommend Primecare if you want an affordable and good dental clinic! I am certainly going to be a regular patron for my 3-6 months regular checkup.

Doctor: Share all the information, choices and risk before doing any procedure. He is very friendly and nice. No hard sell. The wisdom tooth extracting procedure is so comfort that I fall asleep half way, and wake up in shock. Doctor thought I was in pain and ask my condition (he keep on checking whether I am in pain or discomfort throughout the procedure) After service: Very good, doctor/assistant/front office will message to check out condition. If need helps, they will call and give advice, or arrange immediately next follow up appointment. Price: I only go to here and another dental clinic before. Scaling price here is cheap. While tooth extracting I am not sure as i have no other for comparison, but it’s reasonable price for me, and worth for all the value and service given.
Dr. Ong is the best dentist I have ever had. He is so patience, gentle and yet professional. Even the front counter and the nurses are very nice too. Definitely will come back for dental check-ups for sure. Highly recomended this clinic <3
After a swift extraction procedures by Dr. Ong, I was amazed at how seamlessly my teeth were removed. Post-treatment, everything is proceeding smoothly. Minimal discomfort experienced. Daily routine remains unaffected, with no lingering pain. Thanks to Dr. Ong for his professional treatment.
