Dr. Tan was fantastic at extracting my wisdom tooth, even though the root was curved and a bit tricky. It was painless, like a walk in the park for me with just slight discomfort during the procedure, but mostly due to me being scared. I’m so glad I chose your place for this. Her experience really shone through in how well she made me feel—I’ve never been comfortable going to the dentist before. Thanks a bunch, Dr. Tan.

I’ve been coming here for many years for my annual scaling and check-up, and the experience has always been outstanding. Shaanti, who greets me warmly every time, is always so cheerful and welcoming. Doctor Tan Mei Ping is incredibly friendly and thorough, providing detailed advice and comprehensive checks for any signs of tooth decay. Thank you very much for the excellent service! This is definitely a 5-star experience, and I’ll be recommending this place to my friends.

Visited ProCare Dental in Bangsar, hoping they could tackle my gum concerns, specifically looking into Scaling and Root Planning. Initial chats on WhatsApp were promising – they laid out the expected costs clearly: RM 50 for a consultation, with Scaling and Polishing estimated between RM 200 - RM 300, and potential additional charges depending on treatment specifics.
Dr. Jolene was assigned to my case, stepping in where a periodontist might typically lead. The clinic presented a warm, family-like atmosphere, contrasting with the more sterile environments of cosmetic-focused practices. It was small, yet inviting.
However, as we moved forward, the warm atmosphere was somewhat chilled by Dr. Tan's distant demeanor. Despite this, Dr. Jolene and I discussed my dental plan without settling on the final cost until I was nearly out the door. That’s when I was informed the total could reach RM 350 - RM 500 for Scaling and Polishing, a noticeable jump from our initial conversation.
Seeking clarity, I reached out via WhatsApp, only to be met with silence until the day of my appointment. Their response sidestepped my pricing concerns, asking if I planned to attend without addressing my questions. Disappointed by this lapse in communication, I decided to cancel my visit, informing them that their silence had been a deciding factor.
In sum, while ProCare Dental initially seemed a promising choice, with clear upfront costs and a friendly, homely vibe, the experience took a turn due to poor communication and an unexpected increase in quoted prices. Despite the potential for a positive dental experience, my search for the right dental care continues, guided by both the need for transparency and a more responsive approach
