before someone comes here saying i’m being too sensitive or dramatic, no 😭 i’m not the only person they were rude to. i literally saw them talking to other people with the same rude tone and attitude too. so clearly it’s not just me “being sensitive”. so basically i forgot to bring my ic because i wanted to book a mysejahtera appointment, and apparently they needed my ic for confirmation. i know that was MY mistake, and i fully acknowledge that i should’ve brought it. i also forgot my credit card, okay, my bad 😭 but the way the counter staff talked to me was completely unnecessary. you can literally tell me “you need your ic for confirmation, unfortunately we can’t proceed without it” and i would understand. there was absolutely no need for the rude tone, making faces, rolling your eyes, or talking to me like i’m a toddler. i already know i made a mistake 😭 you don’t have to embarrass me in front of everyone else just to make your point. what pissed me off more was the way you were talking to me with other people standing around, as if i was stupid for forgetting my own ic. i’m a grown adult, i understand the procedure. i don’t need to be lectured or spoken down to just because i made one small mistake. being professional doesn’t mean you have to be overly nice, but at least have basic respect and courtesy when dealing with customers. you can enforce the rules without making someone feel humiliated. your job is to explain the procedure, not make people feel stupid for not knowing or forgetting something. i genuinely would’ve accepted the mistake and just gone home if you had explained it properly. it was your attitude that made the whole situation unnecessarily uncomfortable. please learn the difference between correcting someone and being condescending to them. you’re lucky i didn’t catch your name because otherwise i would’ve mentioned it here. i’m not gonna sit here and act like your attitude was okay just because i made a small mistake. i can admit when i’m wrong, but that doesn’t mean you get to disrespect me over it.
The staff are very friendly and welcoming. I used to feel nervous about dental appointments, but after coming here, I’m no longer afraid to attend my appointments. Even though I missed my appointments for quite a long time, they were very understanding and didn’t make me feel uncomfortable about it. The dentists and staff explained everything clearly and treated me with kindness. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant dental experience. 😊🦷✨

Staff ii kat tempat kaunter sumpah tk peramah, dari start mula ii masuk sampai sekarang ni langsung tk ada perubahan. As a patient yg pernah gi klinik ni, tk tau nk ckp apa. I would say service layanan staff teruk n call tk pernah angkat. Ni ke panggil staf peramah??
Whoever left a review to say that they are rude was wrong. I was greeted warmly by the counter staff,they even made playful comments about my younger look compared to my IC photos. They checked me in professionally,with a small wait and very apologetic about it. I waited 10minutes to be attended by a young doctor, she was gentle and filled my tooth perfectly in one go. Also very apologetic about any possible pain she might have potentially caused - which she did not at all. My first visit with Mysejahtera app. I was at Presint 9 and Puspanita dental clinic putrajaya previously but couldn't get any appointments there. Came here to urgently get my tooth filled since an appointment slot was available this morning. My appointment was at 10am , arrived at 935am and was completed at 10.10am. there are in compound parking but maybe just park on the street along the road is more readily available.
