Very bad reception. I called up to express I am in pain after the treatment. The reception says the schedule is full. This is not reasonable. Other thing to comment is the helper that hold the suction during the treatment, they done really see and pay attention. Most of the time it is sucking at your skin rather than the water. You try it then you know what I am saying. This type of staff should be sacked. The dentist is ok but with this type of staff, I won't recommend to go there.

The reception was not friendly. I asked for the price range,but the receptionist seemed to raise voice at me.. The price is quite expensive compared to other dental clinics.
Service by staffs ok. But need to improve on customer service when message customer to set date for appointment. Do not simply put already call, but actually no call has been made to client regarding the appointment.
Dr. Chen is super gentle and always takes the time to explain everything clearly, so you know exactly what’s going on. I always feel well taken care of and never rushed. Definitely recommend him if you’re looking for a great dentist!
