Not recommended. The biggest issue is their appointment management. During my braces treatment, they never proactively scheduled or followed up on my next appointment. I always had to contact them myself. By then, they would often say they were fully booked, making it very difficult to get a suitable date if you have work or school commitments. I’ve also experienced long waiting times despite having an appointment, and once I was even told there was no record of my booking. Very disappointing service, especially for a long-term treatment like braces.

I highly recommend Dr. Chin for her exceptional care and professionalism. She is meticulous and thorough, carefully checking for ONJ, repairing my fillings, replacing my old damaged crown with a custom-fitted one, and ensuring every step was done with great precision. Her dedication didn't end there—she followed up a few weeks later to make sure everything was healing well and even provided a complimentary dental polishing. Beyond her excellent skills, Dr. Chin is genuinely kind and caring. She even accompanied my elderly husband on his walk home after his dental appointment to ensure he got back safely. Her compassion and commitment to her patients are truly outstanding.

The dentist on duty performed some sort of substandard service. I anticipated much better service as this was my 2nd visit but was very highly disappointed. During the 1st visit, I was satisfied with the tooth scaling results, which was good which prompted my decision to continue the next scaling schedule. But yesterday's outcome was beyond any customers satisfaction level, I would believe so. Not a single detailed engagement from the dentist towards his customer was provided thus resulted in scaling not done properly and on a full basis. I seriously hope that things could be improved with actions taken soonest possible so that customer would have confidence and satisfaction to continue visiting Toothgood for dental treatment and services not just once but on long term basis based on the trust towards it's professionalism of its pool of dentists.
