After a comprehensive examination, she skilfully diagnosed my teeth-grinding issue and explained the potential effects it could have on my dental health. Dr. Chay took the time to educate me about my condition and the importance of addressing it. She recommended a custom night mouth guard, which has made a significant difference in my quality of sleep and overall comfort. The mouth guard fits perfectly!
